[b]Availability: I have a significant amount of responsibilities and commitments that I have to attend to in my personal life. I will, however, be active to the best of my ability. If there are server developments and/or meetings that you would like me to attend, I will also do my best to fit those into my schedule.[/b]
[b]Previous Staff Experience: I have done administration work in real life. I would prefer not to get into my personal life/work, but I have worked with small game studios and law firms. I have also done some staff work for friends’ game servers. As well, and although it is not notable, I thought I might mention that I have plenty of experience with discord and run my own server for friends.[/b]
[b]How long have you played on our server?: The server has not launched yet.[/b]
[b]Why do you want to be a part of the staff team?: Administration and moderation are some of my biggest strengths, and unlike many people, I don’t find moderating to be a chore. Because it is something I generally enjoy and have experience with, I feel that I would make a fine addition to your staff.[/b]
[b]Why do you feel you should be accepted to the staff team?: I think although I may not be the absolute most active member of our team, my personal experience with the administration will help the staff. I have a passion for both Star Wars and moderation, and I believe that this makes me a fair candidate for your staff team.[/b]
[b]Rate yourself on a scale 1-10 on how well you work with other people. Why do you rate yourself there?: 9.5. I feel that in my past work, I have had to deal with all kinds of people, and this has taught me how to best manage them and defuse potentially bad situations.[/b]
